BACKGROUND

Jamsheed acts as counsel, arbitrator or expert and practises in England & Wales, Mauritius, the DIFC and the AIFC.

The core of Jamsheed’s work revolves around international commercial and investor-State arbitration, complex commercial, financial and corporate cross-border litigation and arbitration-related court proceedings.

Jamsheed has worked on a wide range of high-profile matters, often relating to or within the African and Asian continents, in various sectors and areas, including infrastructure, offshore corporations and trusts, mergers and acquisitions, hotel and tourism, pharmaceutical, shipping, fisheries, insurance, construction, telecoms and IT, technology renewable energy, and mining.

Jamsheed is a truly international practitioner who is fully bilingual (English and French) and who handles both common law and civil law issues.
