Abdool Razack is a highly-respected silk who has worked on numerous high-profile cases over several decades.
He has also made substantial contribution to the Mauritian legal system. As former Attorney-General and Minister of Labour, Human Rights and Corporate Affairs from 1995 to 2000, he supervised the preparation of numerous important legislations including the current Copyright Act, the Human Rights Act and Bail Act and the revision of Company Law. Along with other major actors, he also initiated the preparation of legislation in the field of arbitration.
Abdool Razack is a member of Lincoln’s Inn and was educated at the Council of Legal Education in London and at King’s College, University of London where he also studied the French Civil.
